FAQ

Battery

Why didn't I see the battery? How to charge it?
The SIVRAC battery adopts a hidden rear-extraction design, which is built into the rear end of the girder of bike body and covered with a solid bike girder casing to reduce the wear and tear of the battery. Once you have taken out the battery, you can use the charger that came with the bike and connect it to an electric socket for charging.

How to charge the SIVRAC?

To match different situations, SIVRAC plans two different charging modes. The battery can be left in the bike body (no need to pull out the battery) for charging with a direct connection to the charging cable. The battery can also be pulled out for charging separately.

Is the battery detachable?

With a built-in rear rear-extraction design, the SIVRAC battery can be easily moved, charged and repaired.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

About 3 hours.

How long does the battery last?

The SIVRAC battery is capable of 1500 times of charge and discharge. For daily use under the conditions of proper maintenance, it can be used for about 4 years. When used for up to 600 times of charge and discharge, the capacitance is still 75%.

Can I ride it without electricity?

The SIVRAC has three modes: sports, wheeling and power. When the battery is exhausted, it automatically switches to the sports mode. You can pedal the bike with a six-speed shift.
